docs: repair non-native French wording in content/fr - #177

Summary
Repairs French wording on translated and partially translated pages under
content/frso they read as native technical French. Fully English pages undercontent/frare left untouched.docker pull(retirer→tirer), plus agreement, calques, and repeated template sentences (Ne commettez pas .env…,espaces réservés d'identifiants,single-binary,un table bucket,file metastore,matrice de support).table bucket). Upload prose uses charger / chargement; path-style addressing uses adressage de type chemin.: ; ? !, guillemets, and typographic apostrophes. Headings stay sentence case; instructions usevous.Les clients devraient utiliser l'emplacement renvoyé, matching English “should”, not “must”.The French “Others” index also restores the missing list marker on the rclone link. That marker is missing in the English source as well; only the French page was fixed.

content/frare still full English copies and are out of scope for this PR.
