chore(deps): bump claude-agent-sdk to 0.3.295 for Opus 5.5 support

What

• Bump @anthropic-ai/claude-agent-sdk ~0.3.0 → ~0.3.295. The bundled Claude Code 2.1.211 rejects claude-opus-5-5 with a 400 (2.1.280+ required). This also updates the binary the installer downloads at runtime (pinned via the generated manifest).
• Add an EVAL_MODEL env override to the eval harness so models can be compared without editing cli.config.ts. The default is unchanged.

The installer still runs on claude-opus-4-5-20251101; switching it is a follow-up.

7f36c45 chore(deps): update dependencies (plus lint/format follow-ups) brings major bumps: ink 8, chalk 6, diff 9, uuid 14, @napi-rs/keyring 2, dotenv 18, @types/node 26, @vitest/* 5, react-devtools-core 8, along with minor updates.

At 169f933: bun run test passes (3395), and typecheck, lint, format:check, and build are all clean. The CI Test job is failing only on a Docker Hub pull timeout in the smoke-test step (registry-1.docker.io ... Client.Timeout exceeded).

The two Opus 5.5 failures look like grader false negatives. Both scenarios built successfully:

• nextjs/conflicting-middleware: uses authkit() + handleAuthkitProxy (a real export in authkit-nextjs 4.4.0); the grader only accepts handleAuthkitHeaders.
• react/conflicting-auth: wraps AuthKitProvider in the app's existing src/auth/AuthProvider.tsx; the grader only looks in src/{main,index}.tsx.

This is a single run per model, so treat the deltas as directional.

Verification

• bun run test: 3395 passed
• bun install --frozen-lockfile: clean
• Smoke eval on claude-opus-5-5 (nextjs/example): passed
