Adds a short AI policy section to the README that links the policy on libtmux.org and
AI_POLICY.mdin libtmux/.github.Preview: README.md on this branch
What changed, and why: the projects now publish an AI policy, and the README is where a user or contributor looks first.
Checks run: README only. Both links resolve, except that the libtmux.org page goes live when libtmux/docs#194 merges after the current docs wave.
Tool use: Claude Code wrote the section, committed it and opened this pull request; the maintainer proofreads it before merge.
