What changed

Adds the temporalio-aws-s3driver crate, with an S3 storage driver for external storage.

• S3StorageDriver stores payloads in S3 using the same key format and claim fields as the other SDKs, so payloads stored by one SDK can be read by another.
• The aws-sdk feature is on by default and adds AwsSdkS3StorageDriverClient, built on aws-sdk-s3. Turn it off to use your own S3StorageDriverClient without depending on the AWS SDK.
