Review item 7. The accession-to-gene map for the antigen ranking now uses the UniProt locus name (
Gene Names (ORF)) and not the FASTA header gene symbol. All 9,712 accessions map;not_in_referencefalls from 1,033 to 765, and the remaining 765 are genes that are not in the ranking (so not an identifier problem). Reconciled against the older HPCC RefSeq map: 4 accessions differ (renamed locus tags; the UniProt locus name is current).Record:
docs/reports/data/aga1_cimm_antigen_map_2026-10-26/README.md(counts, hashes). Driver takes--cimm-uniprot-table; test updated.Not done
The engine outputs of the third aggregate report still use the older map. Listing known C. immitis antigens against the ranking was not done in this PR.
