What

  • analysis/sorting_hat_run/aga1_allergen_antigen_modules.py: local BLASTP of each proteome against the 111 IUIS fungal allergen sequences (options of blast_allergen.sbatch), allergen and antigen modules (antigen not_applicable outside taxon 246410), engine re-run into a new folder.
  • C. immitis RS uses an accession-to-gene map built from the GN=CIMG_ field of the UniProt headers (9,442 of 9,712 map), because the HPCC protein_map.tsv of the older record is keyed on RefSeq IDs. This is a different ID route; the PR says so in the record README.
  • Third aggregate report docs/reports/data/aga1_aggregate_allergen_antigen_2026-10-26/: antigen rank 153.7 per 1,000 in C. immitis (top 15%), NA elsewhere (not applicable); iuis_allergen_similarity 8.8 to 13.9 per 1,000; iuis_allergen_homolog stays not assessable (no active allergen Pfam family, issue Future category: fungal allergen sub-database (Alternaria and relatives) #19).

Checks

Test of the protein map and the chunk merging; ruff 0.3.5 clean. No HPCC access, nothing submitted.
