Summary

• Pin @utoo/pack-cli to 1.5.25-alpha.0.
• Refresh the pnpm lockfile for the matching pack, pack-shared, and seven native platform packages.

Validation

Using Node.js 24.15.0 and pnpm 12.5.1:

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• Installed CLI, pack, shared, and macOS ARM64 native package versions all verified as 1.5.25-alpha.0.
• pnpm test
• pnpm --workspace-concurrency=1 -r build:utoo — all five cases passed.
• pnpm --filter react-1k start:utoo — server ready and homepage HTTP 200; stopped after the smoke test.
• git diff --check

The lockfile has pre-existing Prettier formatting differences on main; its generated format is preserved to avoid unrelated churn. This PR will run the existing five-case benchmark CI; no new performance results are claimed here.
