Summary

The old /d/ Drupal snapshots have been removed from root.cern and now return 404. This replaces the remaining references with native Jekyll pages where the content exists, and with Wayback Machine archives for historical material that has no replacement.

Fixes #308.

Also fixed the malformed nested <b> tags in blog/workshop_2013.md while touching that line.

Notes

• Internal links use the repository's existing {{ '...' | relative_url }} convention.
• The learn/courses_archive.md entries that now point to native pages no longer carry the "← Old Drupal Book" marker; the one that still points to an archive is labelled "← Archived".
• The remaining git grep /d/ hits are false positives (a Google Docs URL containing /document/d/, and binary files) and are intentionally untouched.

Testing

• Every new destination was checked with curl; all native pages and Wayback snapshots return HTTP 200.
• No actionable /d/ references remain (only inside the Wayback URLs themselves).
• A local Jekyll build was not run because this checkout has no Gemfile.lock and no bundle binary; the changes are link-only and do not alter front matter or templates.
