The filter tutorial's Case 4 runs
--include-priority=true, which current code2prompt rejects (exit 2). Without the flag the same command already gives the result the tutorial describes: the three files under lowercase/. This drops the flag from Case 4 and the two bullets that describe it in all seven languages, and retitles the English Case 4 "Include and Exclude". Follows up on #181, which quoted this example.
