The change adds Docker E2E verification for images built on native amd64 and arm64 runners. The checks cover container health, the health endpoint, unauthenticated inference, and fixture predictions. CI runs for pull requests, pushes to main, and manual dispatches without logging in to or pushing to a registry.

Summary
Readiness and HTTP verification apps/server/e2e/check-docker.ts, apps/server/e2e/run-docker.ts, apps/server/test/e2e-docker.test.ts, package.json, docs/superpowers/plans/2026-11-06-docker-ci.md
The verifier waits for a healthy container with one valid loopback port mapping, then checks health, unauthenticated inference, and fixture predictions. Tests cover readiness failures, cancellation, HTTP failures, and stalled responses. The package script runs the CLI verifier.
Native architecture CI jobs .github/workflows/ci.yml, README.md, docs/superpowers/plans/2026-11-06-docker-ci.md
CI builds and loads images on native amd64 and arm64 runners, starts a container with read-only configuration, and runs the verifier. On failure it collects logs and inspection data; it removes the container on every outcome. README and plan updates describe the checks and local procedure.

The change is mergeable with bounded follow-up: register local cleanup before container creation and strengthen the unauthenticated inference probe. No current authentication bypass or missing build prerequisite was established.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 20.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 5 functions across 3 files. Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
[#39] ci.yml builds and loads images on native amd64 and arm64 runners. It mounts the configuration read-only, uses the bundled model, and runs health, authentication, inference, timeout, diagnostic, and cleanup checks. The Docker E2E tests cover failure cases. Existing CI jobs run tests, type checks, and lint. The reported real-image validation covers amd64 only. The available evidence does not establish that the arm64 image builds, starts, and returns the expected predictions.
Resolution
Provide a successful native arm64 CI run showing the image build, startup, and inference checks.

Test unauthenticated inference with a multipart request.
The current probe sends no image. If the image accepts unauthenticated multipart requests but rejects empty requests, this check can pass. Send a valid fixture without authorization and require HTTP 401.

Update the unauthenticated `/v1/detect-images` probe in the Docker check to send
a valid image fixture as a multipart request without authorization, and continue
requiring HTTP 401. Use the existing request and fixture utilities rather than
adding unrelated test behavior.

Unverified finding
We couldn't verify this from the code. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
The local procedure installs its cleanup trap only after docker create succeeds. If creation takes effect in the daemon but the client times out or fails before returning success, set -e exits without attempting removal.
The documented procedure leaves a container behind, and a subsequent invocation fails because the fixed container name is already allocated.
This can occur when: The daemon creates sensitive-detector-e2e, but the create client's response stalls until the 60-second timeout kills it.
