Hi, I'm Mesrop

Backend Developer

I build backend systems end-to-end — from database schema to API to (when needed) the frontend that consumes it. My main stack is Python: FastAPI for async services, Django/DRF for more traditional CRUD-heavy apps, SQLAlchemy and raw SQL for the data layer, all running on PostgreSQL.

Day to day, that usually means designing and building REST APIs, integrating with third-party services, containerizing and deploying with Docker, and writing the SQL and data models underneath it all. I also work regularly in large LLM-application codebases — agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and model/tool orchestration. I'm also comfortable picking up React and TypeScript when a project needs a frontend, not just an API.
