What this adds

The last two ordinary shadcn/ui names kosori did not serve: carousel and chart. Both are Authored components under ADR-0008 — Structure from shadcn/ui, Design inherited from the nearest Port, no upstream pin.

With these, every non-AI shadcn/ui component is served. The only gaps left are the chat family and sonner.

carousel

• embla-carousel-react@8.6.0, @kosori/button registry dependency
• Exports Carousel, CarouselContent, CarouselItem, CarouselPrevious, CarouselNext, useCarousel, CarouselApi
• Controls reuse Button (outline, icon-sm); slides use aspect-ratio; no dot indicators, because base-nova has none and adding them would be invention
• Upstream's cn-rtl-flip does not exist in this repo; replaced with rtl:-scale-x-100
• Drag, pointer, arrow keys and RTL verified in both schemes

chart

• recharts@3.10.1 and react-is@19.3.1 — Recharts declares react-is as a required peer and it is absent from a default tree, so copying shadcn's manifest would ship a broken install
• No card registry dependency: the source never imports it
• Tooltip surface from popover, muted labels from muted-foreground, series colours from the existing --chart-1..5
• Example renders a two-series bar chart with tooltip and legend; zero Recharts console warnings

• bun run check — clean
• bun run check-types — clean
• bun test — 45 pass, 0 fail, 2796 assertions
• bun run registry:build — clean
• Carousel: previous/next, drag snap, keyboard, disabled states, RTL mirror, light and dark
• Chart: 630×354 container, 12 bars, legend, tooltip (January / Desktop 186 / Mobile 80), popover surface in both schemes
• Install suite installs the new dependencies and typechecks a Consumer chart snippet

Notes

• Pending drops from 10 to 8.
• Recharts is heavy and pulls Redux internals; it is opt-in per install, which the docs page states.
• bun.lock also moved reselect to 5.2.0 at the top level with a nested 5.3.0, a consequence of the Recharts pin.
• Vertical carousel orientation is supported and documented but not shown in the Example.
