Servers can announce origins with `server::Connection::send_origins`. Clients collect the origins of received ORIGIN frames, readable with `Connection::received_origins` and `Connection::has_received_origin` (also on `SendRequest`). At most 256 distinct origins are kept. ORIGIN frames are only handed out on the control stream and ignored elsewhere, and a server ignores them when sent by a client.
