Fifth traceAI release from dev. It finishes the #481 release that partly failed, and ships the second batch of independently reviewed integration fixes.

Fixes for #481's failures (run 41264130787)

• npm (fix(mastra): install alongside @mastra/otel-exporter 1.5 #494): @traceai/mastra installs alongside @mastra/otel-exporter 1.5. One ERESOLVE there blocked all 11 pending npm packages. These now upload:
  • anthropic 0.1.4, bedrock 0.1.2, langchain 0.1.4, llamaindex 0.1.3, mastra 0.2.1
  • mcp 0.1.2, openai 0.1.15, redis 0.1.2, vercel 0.1.2, vllm 0.1.2, weaviate 0.1.2
• PyPI (ci(release): keep bootstrap PyPI projects on the token until they have a trusted publisher #492): projects created with the bootstrap token keep using it until they have a trusted publisher. traceAI-semantic-kernel 0.1.1 and traceAI-voyage 0.1.1 were rejected with 403.
• Java: Central gets up to an hour to publish the reactor (ci(release): keep bootstrap PyPI projects on the token until they have a trusted publisher #492), up from the 30 minutes that ran out for 1.0.1. The Spring AI compatibility consumer now tracks the reactor version (ci(java): keep the Spring AI consumer on the reactor version #500).
• Release completion (ci(release): scope release completion to the release PR and stop republishing Java reactors #483): each release PR completes on the versions it released. A first-time PyPI project waiting on PyPI's new-project limit no longer blocks release-please. The Java planner no longer re-deploys a published reactor.

The 9 first-time PyPI projects (exa, google-genai-live, hermes-agent, mcp-use, minimax, cognee, temporal, agentscope, openwebui) retry automatically and publish once PyPI's new-project limit allows.

dev CI is green at the head; the latest commit includes the Spring AI and Central artifact jobs.
