Document the SvelteKit 3 setup in the README and SDK skill
This migration changes framework setup and the error-hook contract, but neither example/svelte-kit/README.md nor .agents/skills/exceptionless-javascript/ is updated. Document the SvelteKit 3 requirements and integration changes, including the Vite-based adapter configuration and new hook imports, so developers and agents have guidance matching this example. AGENTS.md explicitly requires relevant documentation and SDK skill updates in the same change when framework setup changes.

Review effort: Balanced
SvelteKit 3 rejects the example's old configuration and changes its error-hook contract. This updates the example, adapter, TypeScript configuration, and hook types, and fixes cookie resolution in the generated server output.
Validation: clean install with lifecycle scripts disabled; full build, 346 tests, lint, Svelte check, and local browser interactions passed. Browser testing did not verify delivery to an Exceptionless server.
Security: npm audit reports 33 affected packages (1 critical, 6 high) and OSV reports inherited advisories in the workspace lockfile. These remain open and are not introduced by this migration. Hosted CI is pending.
Verification and implementation details
The example declares the cookie version required by SvelteKit because its generated server resolves external imports from the example, while Express still requires cookie 0.7. The incompatible SvelteKit-specific override was removed. The grouped dependency PR overlaps this upgrade and will need reconciliation.
The local browser showed the expected message and handled-error states. The sample uses a local test endpoint, so event delivery was not verified.
npm auditandosv-scannerboth identified existing workspace dependency advisories.
