Add service-status warnings to the Deploy overview, Classic migration guide, and Classic landing page. Link the October 9 announcement's six-month shutdown notice and migration support for paying customers. Preserve the historical Classic instructions and deadline, and update all three
last_modifieddates.Fixes #3491.
Validation on Linux with Deno 2.9.0: full formatting, all 17 tests, and
build:lightpass. Checked the generated warning banners and announcement links on all three pages. Freshness also passes. Lint reports the same 172 diagnostics present in the unchanged baseline; no unrelated lint fixes are included.
