Summary

Fixes #587.

HTML debug captures redacted sensitive values from input controls but could retain initial values from sensitive textarea and select controls.

Changes

• Redact sensitive textarea and select controls.
• Support encoded field names and sensitive autocomplete tokens.
• Safely handle unclosed sensitive controls.
• Preserve ordinary form controls unchanged.
• Add regression tests.
• Update English and Chinese changelogs.
