Description

Prepare ImageSharp.Web, AWS, and Azure provider releases 4.0.2 on release/4.0.x.

• Update SharedInfrastructure from release/4.1.x for Licensing 1.0.3, repository guidance, and the security policy.
• Update ImageSharp to 4.1.3.
• Match the Fonts and Drawing suppression for the SourceLink dependency inherited from SharedInfrastructure, including its removal note.
