- Stop storing CFPackageURI on CFDocument; imports now ignore it
- Derive CFPackageURI in getCFDocument(s): source URL for pristine mirrors, OpenCASE otherwise
- Omit CFPackageURI from the package CFDocument and CFDocumentURI from package items in getCFPackage (CFPckgDocument/CFPckgItem)
- Drop unknown fields and categories in CFDefinitions entries
- Add CFPckgDocumentDType/CFPckgItemDType to the OpenAPI docs
